One of the goals of pydpiper is to provide a more flexible way of running image registrations than what is currently available with MICe-build-model. To that end, we are currently working to design and implement the core classes that will be part of this new functionality.

Notes on the initial design can be found below. We expect that this design will evolve over time.

  • atomic_classes.pdf - Atomic classes, useful functions, building blocks that we expect to use frequently.
